Women's Study: I & II Thessalonians

1st & 3rd Wednesdays (Starting September 19, 2018)
9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall

In the 2 books of Thessalonians, Paul deals with life and his ministry.  He gives us a description of the way it was for both his ministry team and the people of Thessalonica.  Paul proceeds in giving us insight into how it is for all faithful Christians, and the endurance that is needed, as followers of Christ, to overcome the trials and temptations that surround us.  Paul encourages us to remain faithful, full of hope and love in spite of trials.  He tells us that faith, hope, and love should characterize the life of every person who has faith in Christ's death on the cross to pay for human sin.  Paul urges believers to stand firm and to hold fast, living out our faith in everything we do until Jesus Christ returns.
